Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Halo Salons (the "Platform"), operated by Global Future ("we", "us"). By creating an account, listing a salon, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Halo Salons is

Halo Salons is a marketplace connecting customers with independently operated salons and their staff. We are not a party to the beauty services performed — each salon is solely responsible for the services it provides, its pricing, and its staff.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Salon admins are responsible for the staff accounts they create.

3. Bookings

A booking is a request until the stylist confirms it. Confirmed bookings may only be cancelled, not edited, to protect both parties' time. Salons set their own cancellation and no-show policies, shown on their profile where provided.

4. Salon and staff listings

Salon admins are responsible for the accuracy of their salon and staff listings, including pricing, availability, and imagery. We reserve the right to suspend ("freeze") any salon that violates these Terms or provides misleading information.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including submitting false bookings, harassing other users through in-app messaging, or attempting to circumvent security measures such as rate limits.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for the quality of services performed by salons, disputes between customers and salons, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to noreply@halosalons.app.
